This newly weds had thier honeymooon at arthars last night.
It was under such a sweet and romantic ambience.People they invited were few, they wanted the night to themself. Under e dim lightning n e blessing of everyone, e couple finally took a snapshot of thier loving looks,
they were unwillingly at first.But they could not withhold thier undying feeling for one another.A lttle peck on e cheek bring them out to e cloud ahead, a heavenly sensation. After that, we were forced to leave,leaving e 2 of them alone . Night aint growing any younger, they need to spend time alone. All the best to this couple.

women's team training recap:
today b4 coach come do some lay up drills.. seriously need to ba wo more
1 min endurance lay up target 13 attempts. purpose is to endure and make the basket though we are out of breath and all tt..

after tt train defence! 3 2 zone..
please remember where are the trap points.. they are fixed points. and remember where we need to HELP each other cover the positions. remember when we trap we need to FRONT the person.. otherwise the trap no use le. need to constantly tok and remind each other..

coach says now we have improvement.. cos at least now when we run wrong we realise our mistake. those who are still unsure can ask around.. or even meet up jus to run and recap abit.. cos in this defence.. if one person forget, unsure or do wrong, all the other 4 person de efforts will be wasted le.

a team is whereby EVERY person EVERY one plays their part, contribute and put in their EFFORTs. irregardless of their position or wat so ever. a team is whereby everyone has a common goal. everyone having some team spirit team work bonding and togetherness, helping each other when in need. all of us are mere humans.. and there are times we would break down.. but as a team we shld share the burden and pick up who ever tt falls down.. jus some little effort and simple gestures would make a whole lot of a difference..

at the end of the day. when we really worked hard tgt whether we clinched the championships or not does not matter animore.. the impt things is tt we know all of us tried so hard.. we emerged as winners too as we did not give up half way.. we fought bravely till the end!! losing or winning is not the most impt thing.. but it is how are u going to win and how are u going to lose that makes the difference in the tittle..

for those who are graduating.. give yr best at yr last shot.. we onli have about 3 more months to IVP.. some of u are not going to play ball after graduation le.. let yr ball career have the most wonderful ending! dun ever give up cos every1 little efforts build up this team!

lastly:
lee xiang lin.. i am so proud of u. i know today when we doing the 1 min layup.. u dun wan to try to do de.. mayb scare tired ba.. but u did tried and i think yr lungs also wan drop out le.. but u nv give up.. and complete all the 3 sets. therefore i am v proud..

jing hui and yun going taiwan soon.. must take vv good care.. cos we all will be anxiously waiting for u both de return de! kay?! jiayous!!

-YunYun And Her New BoyFriend to Be-

Yun was too famous in the world of basketball. This handsome guy alway hang around SBC juz to bio yun during training and games. He was so shy to talk to her, finally yesterday he got a chance to talk to her so he propose to her infront of me and gang lolx. Haha he shouted I LOVE U to yun, yun was so shy at tt moment lolx. He wanted to gif yun a hug and kiss but yun was to shy to accept it infront of us haha, maybe they had done behide us liao lolx. Will yun accept this handsome guy ? All the best to this new couple .. Ranked best couple of the year 2006. lolx...

hello people... our blog has been so quiet 4 a few days le. so let mi start off now ba. im at my attachment company but they cant find anything 4 mi to do at the moment. haha. so here i am...

i juz hate to say tat time juz flies. cant believe tat e camp juz passed. from e 1st day... n now its over. probably my very last camp in nyp? unless we can appeal 4 another camp before IVP la... i really dun feel like graduating man... haha. does any1 feel e same?

e camp was really tiring. running... training... friendly matches... durin our free time, everyone would be slpin.. .coz we were too tired to do anything else. lol. guess tis is e camp tat i finally managed to slp at nite? although we didnt play much games during e camp tis time, compared to e usual camps which would be packed with games, im glad tat we managed to spend alot of time together as a team. everyone goin through e tough trainings together. although e number of people got lesser each day.some got injured, some sick, n etc. pls rest well n recover fast ya?

but den again, we did play a few games tis time round.

hi all,

this is your final preparation for POLITE games. one month down to e games. with less than 10 trg to go... n 1 camp. i believe coaches, captains n each individual players would deeply appreciate EFFORTS from ALL in not being late for trg. be discipline. do take note that bad weather day will caused trg to be cancelled thus less trg.

they say life's short. live life to e fullest. i say. time's short. do your best with no regrets. there's bound to conflict in a team but i hope we try to minimize all problem n step into e court as a team. we made history. i seriously hope we can do it for e second time.

during camp, there will be players

having attachment,
national team commitments,
home sicked,
gf/bf sicked etc

seriously hope n ask for understanding from each other. although there be EXCUSE Letter issued for attachment students. its still up to e individual to decide whether to attend e full camp. try not to miss it. (at least try to stay thru out) coz there will never be another chance that we get to stay n play together again. its rather demoralising if one in e team wants to return home.

this might be e ONE & ONLY time in our life that we get to play as teammates. its not like we grew up together but basketball bond us up together. jiayou everyone.
